Sunshine Boys Benefit and Memorial Production

Sunshine Boys Benefit and Memorial ProductionSome seasons are just special and this Fall Season is one of them.

There's going to be a flurry of activity at the Wood this Fall with more co-productions (Wood sponsored events) than ever before. Plus, we're producing for the first time! Our first production, Smokey Joe's Cafe, plays in August and the second, The Sunshine Boys, has performances the first weekend in October.

The Sunshine Boys was the last project former Executive Director of the Wood Theater, William Woodward, worked on before succumbing to cancer in July, 2014.

Thanks to the work of many of his friends and colleagues, the comedy is being produced by the Wood using his director's notes. We are honored to bring his vision to life.

Special sponsorship opportunities are available for this very witty Neil Simon comedy. Contact us for more info and buy tickets on our Shows page.
